One of Sweet Empire's traditions when it comes to releasing an album, is to include an ode to a female historic figure that inspires us. In 1955, Rosa Parks (often named "the mother of the freedom movement") decided not to give up her seat on the bus when she was asked to move. This situation sparked a protest that started a necessary movement fighting for equal human rights. Though things might have improved , we still have a long way to go.
