about

This song is inspired by today’s degrading economic system as well as the works of Karl Marx. The already wealthy people are hoarding all capital and all means. They have built a pretence that everybody can get rich. That's a lie. Most of us are stuck in a caste. They will NOT share. The resources are limited, and they keep on hoarding them. It's a sickness that can only be cured if we fundamentally change this economic system. Capitalism must end.

lyrics

Their views are stained with keeping us restrained.
(Work hard they say)
We're so well informed but morally enslaved.
Work hard they say

When will production be owned by you and me?
Opportunities shared equally?

When comes the time that crooked charts
Won' t interfere with our class war?

And how can we ever split the seas
If we cannot dream the same dream;
To free ourselves from this plutocracy
When productivity belongs to you and me.
And if we break through this glass-
I wanna know how long it lasts.
And If we break through this glass...

Defend their laws for such a tiny chance-
You'll ever be as rich as them.

And how can we ever split the seas
If we cannot dream the same dream;
This mutated form of democracy
Is a prison for most - can't you see?
And if we break through this glass
I wanna know how long it lasts
And If we break through this glass
I wanna know how to make it last!

Old structures with new bones
Increased hoarding - others lose their homes.
Work hard they say is all they ever say.
But they're never gonna pay - while they waste their wealth away.
Work hard they say! Work hard they say! Work hard they say!

Politicians played by the market' puppet strings
While we talk about the means of production-
They'll push their means of destruction!
